Brother Esposito intentionally gets spikes to his head

OTHER Commotion in Serie B, Italy's second division. Salvatore Esposito, Sebastiano's older brother, deliberately got spikes against his head from the opponent. Offender Simone Branca was immediately shown red, followed by four matchdays of suspension. 


Footage shows Branca first working Salvatore to the ground with a punch and then again intentionally putting his spikes on Salvatore's head while the latter is already defenseless on the ground.
