TRANSFERS Italian media are reporting Anderlecht's interest in Koffi Djidji, a 29-year-old central defender from Torino. Fulham, Bristol and even Inter are also said to be eyeing him. Djidji is due to end his contract with Torino in June.
Djidji made his debut at the age of 20 with Nantes. In 2018, he moved to Torino. The first two seasons there he was mainly a bench player, but after a successful loan to Crotone, he has been a regular there for a year and a half.
Nevertheless, according to the sports newspaper Tuttosport, Torino is not inclined to extend Djidji's expiring contract. The Turin club still has plenty of defensive options, it sounds. Anderlecht and Bristol are said to like Djidji. Inter is also showing interest in the Ivorian given his transfer-free status.
