Esposito did not fight for his place

OTHER Sebastiano Esposito has left Anderlecht through the back door, he has returned to Italy and will look for a new club in Serie A. According to the press, several clubs are interested: Empoli, Salernitana, Sampdoria, Hellas Verona and Lecce, but for now nothing concrete.
 


He quickly lost his starting place at RSCA and never fought to get it back. He never showed his true level on the pitch and therefore it was difficult for him to command a starting place. 
 
The staff also tried to talk to him along with the team, but this did not have the desired effect. A member of the club admits that they never found the keys to understanding the Italian striker.
 
His soccer skills are undeniable, the RSCA staff member continues, but that was not enough, the reasons for his failure are still unknown. Although the fact that the team was not really turning will probably have been a factor there as well. He was very sensitive, emotional and especially impatient, according to the RSCA employee.
 
Anderlecht is now looking for a new striker for Fabio Silva, while Benito Raman is struggling to find his form. Lucas Stassin and Mario Stroeykens are still too light, according to the press.
