Anderlecht makes work of Ukrainian winger Tsygankov

TRANSFERS In the search for new players, Anderlecht has ended up with Viktor Tsygankov. The newspapers know this. The 25-year-old flank striker is a regular at Dinamo Kiev, can produce fine statistics and has a market value of 22 million. Yet he does not seem unfeasible.


Tsygankov still has a contract at Dinamo Kiev until the end of this season and there is the war situation, which means the contract might not be extended. According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Anderlecht still hopes for a (final) transfer this winter. The question is, however, whether Tsygankov's salary fits within the purple-white's means. Het Nieuwsblad speaks of a salary of 2 million euros per year.

The right-winger has at nine goals and six assists in 23 games for Dinamo Kiev this season. He has also already played 43 times for Ukraine, in which he scored 7 goals. PSV are also said to be thinking about him as a replacement for Cody Gakpo and there has been interest from the Premier League in the past.

Het Laatste Nieuws knows that Anderlecht already spoke with Tsygankov and his entourage and that these talks went on in a positive and constructive atmosphere. A final transfer this winter at a low transfer fee and a high sell-out percentage, that is what purple-white is hoping for, according to Het Nieuwsblad.
