'Anderlecht hasn't offered Slimani a new contract yet'

TRANSFERS According to journalist Santi Aouna of Footmercato, Islam Slimani has not yet received a proposal from Anderlecht to extend his contract. He published an article about this on May 18 and posted it (again) on Twitter.


According to Aouna, Anderlecht has time until the end of the season to offer Slimani a proposal. The Algerian, who signed a contract on Jan. 31 until the end of this season, would like to stay with Anderlecht, it sounds, even though there is interest from clubs in the Middle East.
