Dejaegere linked to Anderlecht

TRANSFERS According to French website Les Violets, which collects news around football club Toulouse, Brecht Dejaegere can count on interest from Anderlecht. The 32-year-old midfielder's contract with Toulouse has ended.


Dejaegere enjoys a lot of interest and was in contact with Bordeaux in recent weeks, but that interest would have cooled down. According to Les Violets, Anderlecht wants to take advantage of this and offer him a contract.

Dejaegere broke through at the time with KV Kortrijk. He then played seven seasons for AA Gent, with whom he won the national title, among others. The past three seasons he was a regular at Toulouse. The first two years in the Ligue 2, last season in the Ligue 1. This season he was also captain and won the French Cup with Toulouse.
