Proto candidate as goalkeeper coach, other options still open

OTHER Anderlecht are currently talking to several candidates to fill the position of goalkeeper coach. Silvio Proto, who was already indirectly probed after Frank Boeckx's resignation, remains interested in the job, according to Sudpresse newspapers.


According to Anderlecht spokesman, Javier Melchor dropped out due to "A very serious situation at the family level," he told the Sudpresse newspapers. "We are already in talks with other candidates and hope to have a goalkeeper coach as soon as possible."
