Too many intermediaries snub transfer Hezze

TRANSFERS Anderlecht were indeed very close to the arrival of Santiago Hezze. According to Het Laatste Nieuws, purple-white had an agreement with his club Huracan and the player himself was also keen on a transfer to Anderlecht. However, too many middlemen wanted to get in on the act. That suited Jesper Fredberg.


Het Laatste Nieuws writes that Anderlecht and Huracan had an agreement on a transfer fee of around €4 million. 

However, several intermediaries tried to pick up a nice sum as well. Fredberg did not want to play that game and so Anderlecht put the negotiations on hold. Whether that will change remains to be seen.
