TRANSFERS It has now also been officially confirmed by both clubs: Noah Sadiki closes the door at Anderlecht to move to Union's neighbours. Sadiki has been playing for Anderlecht since he was six years old and made his debut in the first team under Kompany in the 2021-2022 season.

According to rumors, Union would pay 1.4 million euros for Sadiki, minus bonuses and a percentage for Anderlecht if the player is resold.

Anderlecht reports this on the website about the departure of the youth player: Noah had to deal with competition in his positions from both experienced players and other youth products. The club couldn't guarantee him the playing minutes he wanted in the first team, so we looked for a solution together. We wish Noah the best of luck.

Sadiki himself also responded to his transfer on social media and mentioned the situation under the new board and the new coach: I would also like to thank Vincent Kompany in particular. He launched me into the first team. He gave myself and my family confidence and hope, joy and pride. Under Felice Mazzu I continued on the same path. I also want to thank him. Unfortunately, I did not get that chance under Brian Riemer and the new management. I respect their decisions.
