Ashimeru makes return at the Futures today

INJURIES After more than two months of injury, Majeed Ashimeru is back to playing soccer. Before becoming eligible for the A team, Brian Riemer will let him gain rhythm with the RSCA Futures. "Majeed will play his first 45 minutes with the Futures," the coach said at his press conference yesterday afternoon.


"Majeed is on his way back, but because he was out for a long time, he needs to get minutes first and get back match fitness. He is still a bit away from the first team, but it is very positive that he can now play competitive football again."
