Lonwijk leaves Anderlecht in January

TRANSFERS Justin Lonwijk's loan spell to Anderlecht will end in January. So reports La Dernière Heure. The midfielder has been out of action since August and the return of Yari Verschaeren now makes him completely redundant.


Due to his lack of playing minutes, Lonwijk is not happy in Brussels either. Dinamo Kiev, the club from whom Anderlecht rents the Dutchman, does not oppose a termination of the loan. Above all, it wants Lonwijk to get some playing time. There is already said to be interest from some foreign clubs.
