TRANSFERS Koen Casteels, Anderlecht's favorite No. 1 for next season in recent weeks, has signed a contract in Saudi Arabia. The national goalkeeper will defend the colors of Al-Qadsiah there.
Al-Qadsiah became champion in the Saudi second division last season and will play at the highest level next season. Casteels succeeds Spaniard Joel Robles in goal.
The best-known name at Al-Qadsiah is Mbaye Diagne, snatched from Anderlecht by Club Brugge in 2019 at the last minute.
