Anderlecht was also interested in Barak

TRANSFERS Sacha Tavolieri reports that Edozie was to be Anderlecht's latest transfer. However, according to the transfer specialist, Purple White were also interested in Antonin Barak of Fiorentina.


The Czech attacking midfielder was due to go to Kasimpasa, although he certainly had ears for a move to Anderlecht. It was a free-hire with an option to buy and 50% of the wages would be paid by the Italians.

Tavolieri believes Fiorentina could eventually find a more favourable financial deal with the Turks.
