Flips: ‘Not able to show my full potential’

OTHER In a post on Instagram, Alexis Flips says a (temporary) goodbye to Anderlecht this weekend. He thanks the supporters, saying he regrets that they never saw his full potential. ‘My teammates did,' he said.


‘Thank you to the supporters of Anderlecht for believing in me until the end. Unfortunately I was not able to show you my full potential. I would have loved to thrill you so much in the beautiful Lotto Park.'

‘Thank you to my teammates for the warm welcome. I have gained some new friends and am very happy about that. At least they did see my potential during the training sessions.'

‘I wish you a very good season. See you soon.'
