Hubert: “I am only concerned with the team”

INTERVIEWS Interim coach David Hubert addressed the Spanish press yesterday in Spanish. When will he be satisfied? When his team plays well ánd wins, although he also sees that there is still a lot of progression margin.

“We are definitely not yet where we want to be, we will have to tackle Sociedad with a solid and watertight plan. Leander Dendoncker was initially part of that but he was too sick to travel with us. Moreover, we then also ran the risk of him infecting other players.”

“The only thing that matters to me is the team and it doesn't revolve around myself. That is my first concern, the team, not what the outside world says or thinks of me. It is the analyses within the club that count for me, not those of the outside world.”
