GAMES Anderlecht comfortably secured their spot in the 1/8 finals of the Belgian Cup with a 0-4 victory over Tubize-Braine, a team from the highest amateur division. Anders Dreyer opened the scoring before halftime, and substitute Kasper Dolberg completed a hat-trick in the second half. The match started with Anderlecht having the first chances, with Dreyer and Zanka coming close to scoring. Tubize-Braine struggled to create clear opportunities in front of goal.
A penalty converted by Dreyer gave Anderlecht the lead, and Vazquez missed a golden opportunity to double the advantage.
After the break, Edozie and Dolberg were introduced into the game, with the latter quickly making an impact by scoring two goals within ten minutes, both assisted by Dreyer.
Dolberg completed his hat-trick five minutes before the final whistle. The final score was 0-4 in favor of Anderlecht, with Dreyer contributing significantly to the victory.
