Colin Coosemans had a quiet evening against KV Kortrijk. ‘This victory feels very good,' the occasional captain told reporters after the match. ‘This is the Anderlecht we want to see, with pressure on the man in possession, playing forward football and chances.'

Usually Coosemans is the ‘Man of the Match' at Anderlecht, yesterday he didn't have to do much. ‘That's not bad, mind you. I would be just as happy if we won every match without me having to grab a ball. In the first half I was almost surprised when a ball fell into Zanka's back, but apart from that they hardly created anything.'

‘The difference with the game in Bruges? That's hard to say. At Beerschot and at Bruges we were not at our best level. Those were two non-matches, that increased the pressure. A win tonight was necessary. Certain players had to take responsibility and they did,' Coosemans said.

‘What I think of the extra-sport changes within the club? In the dressing room we don't talk much about that. People expect us to perform on the pitch.'
