Hubert Lemaire presents book in Fanshop

Hubert Lemaire, Anderlecht's ex-physical coach, has seen hundreds of players pass through Neerpede over the years, from the most anonymous to the most famous such as Romelu Lukaku, Jeremy Doku, Youri Tielemans, Dries Mertens, Vincent Kompany and many others. With more than 20 years of experience at RSCA, Hubert Lemaire was called “the beast” by some as he kept telling players that only hard workers succeed in top football.

A few months after his retirement, he now presents his book “Dans les coulisses du Sporting Anderlecht.” Together with journalist Xavier Thirion, Lemaire lets you experience the Anderlecht players' training process and preparation as if you were there yourself.

Hubert Lemaire will be present in the fanshop on Wednesday, November 20 at 4 p.m. for a signing session. The book offers a behind-the-scenes look at RSC Anderlecht and Hubert Lemaire's career as a physical coach over 22 seasons at the country's biggest club. In the book, he also shares some fun anecdotes.
