TRANSFERS Lars Montegnies, who moved from Kortrijk to Anderlecht in the summer of 2023, has been unable to prove himself at the RSCA Futures. Despite rumors of a possible transfer to Beerschot last summer, he ended up staying with Neerpede. With a four-year contract under his belt, he failed to secure a key role in Jelle Coen's team. It has now been decided that Montegnies will continue his career at RAEC Mons, where he will play on a rental basis starting in January.
It is still unclear whether the Walloon club has negotiated a purchase option.
