Huerta arrived and might play on Sunday

TRANSFERS Cesar Huerta has arrived Europe. With a four-hour delay, his plane landed tonight in Amsterdam, from where it headed for Brussels. Tomorrow, Huerta will take his medical tests at Anderlecht in Ghent. Afterwards, he will normally sign his contract. “I'm looking forward to everything starting,” he said upon his arrival.


Het Nieuwsblad was able to get a few words from the Mexican as he entered the arrival hall. “I'm happy,” Huerta told them. “I hope to grow at Anderlecht as a soccer player, to bring something to the club and to have fun.”

If all goes according to plan, Huerta will be deployable Sunday for the topper against Club Brugge.
