Luiggi strengthens RSCA Futsal

TRANSFERS SC Anderlecht has recruited Brazilian player Luiggi Longo Duarte Baptista, 28. The player comes over from Kazakhstan club Semey and has signed a contract until the end of the season. Lieven Baert, the sporting director, stressed that Longo is a valuable asset to the team, which is currently dealing with injuries.


“Luiggi was an opportunity on the market. He adds great potential to our selection,” Baert said.

Longo himself is excited about his transfer. After a previous meeting with Anderlecht in Lisbon in late 2023, he was impressed with the team's organization and play. “I am very grateful and honored to sign for this club. I look forward to being surrounded by great players and trainers. I am motivated to take on this new challenge,” stated the new arrival.
