TRANSFERS Napoli opts for another player with Noah Okafor and Paris FC failed to convince Francis Amuzu. Remains: Gremio. According to Het Nieuwsblad, an agreement at club level seems to be in the making.
Gremio would still pay Anderlecht a limited transfer fee. Amuzu can already earn a nice salary - there is talk of 2 million euros net per year - in Brazil.
For Anderlecht, a departure now would be financially interesting. That way, it still catches a small transfer fee since Amuzu's contract ends this season.
Gremio does not feel pressure from the transfer market, though. It doesn't close in Brazil until Feb. 28.
