Also joining the team are Patrick Dimbala (42, a.o. ex- Aalst, -Ghent, -Kortrijk and some Greek clubs) and Jan Wuytens (39, a.o. ex- Heracles, -Utrecht and -AZ). They will become talent coordinators. “Their focus is on the individual development on and off the field of our talents,” Borguet said. The duo must ensure that the flow of talents to the Futures and then to the A core is smoother.

For the U18, Anderlecht will bring in Dylan Malicheff and Maxim Dierickx. The two come over from Club Brugge and have a past with KV Mechelen.

Finally, Tim Scheers will take over Hernk Mariman's position as Football Director. Scheers has been working for Anderlecht as Head of Coaching since last summer. Borguet still let it be known that Mariman's departure is due to “a difference in vision about where we want to go.”
