INTERVIEWS Besnik Hasi is concerned about his team's offensive presence after the defeat against Union. He admits in a post-match interview that his players were under pressure in the first quarter, but also stresses that Union barely got any chances. "The team struggled to keep the ball in our possession, which resulted in a goal by David Promise before halftime. In the second half, there was a slight improvement in the structure of play, but the team was unable to finish the chances," he said.
Hasi considers the second goal that Anderlecht cashed in as unfortunate. He also clarified that the substitution of Thorgan Hazard was not due to a mistake on the first goal. “It can happen to anyone,” he took Hazard to be somewhat protective. Hasi does expect more from Hazard, who shows good things during training, but cannot yet show it in matches.
