OTHER During the Easter weekend, the Future Cup 2025, a prestigious tournament for under-17s, will take place. Belgium's RSC Anderlecht has been invited by Ajax to participate in this competition, which brings together well-known clubs from different countries. Ajax is assigned to Group A, while Anderlecht plays in Group B, along with Athletic Club de Bilbao and Bayern Munich. The tournament will be held on Saturday, April 19 and Sunday, April 20, at the De Toekomst sports complex in Amsterdam.

Six clubs are participating this year: in Group A they are Ajax (Netherlands), Gamba Osaka (Japan) and Paris Saint-Germain (France), while Group B thus consists of RSC Anderlecht (Belgium), Athletic Club Bilbao (Spain) and Bayern Munich (Germany).

The group matches on Saturday begin with Anderlecht playing against Bilbao at 10:30 a.m., followed by a game against Bayern Munich at 1 p.m. On Sunday, the semifinals and final will be played.

There is good news for fans, as all matches of RSC Anderlecht's young players will be broadcast live on Mauve TV. The tournament has some specific rules, including a playing time of 20 minutes per half with a stop and start chronometer during breaks. New game rules have also been introduced, such as the “self pass” and the fact that a goalkeeper can be given a corner kick if the 8 seconds of possession are not respected. Coaching is unlimited, but only one player may be substituted at a time. Also, a yellow card results in a temporary exclusion of four minutes.
