Possible reinforcement from Groningen

TRANSFERS Anderlecht seems to realize that a lot of work will have to be done this summer during the mercato. According to Het Laatste Nieuws, the club is showing interest in Luciano Valente (21) of Groningen.


Valente is a Dutch attacking midfielder who can also play on the flank. This season he scored two goals and provided six assists. Dutch top clubs Ajax and Feyenoord are also said to be interested in Valente, who should cost around €2.5 million.
