Court to rule on Anderlecht mayor's decision

OTHER Club Brugge's largest supporter group, The Locals 78, is going to the Council of State to challenge the ban preventing Brugge fans from attending the away match against Anderlecht on May 18. That ban was imposed by the mayor of Anderlecht after riots at the cup final.


According to the supporters, the ban is unjustified and they can guarantee safe travel through organized transport and a visitors' list. They find it unjust that all fans are punished for the behavior of a few.
