Rensenbrink joins Pro League Hall of Fame

OTHER Robbie Rensenbrink is one of two players who were additionally inducted into the Pro League Hall of Fame yesterday. The Dutchman played for Anderlecht between 1971 and 1980. In 2007, he was named the best foreigner ever in Belgium.


ensenbrink joins together with Club Brugge legend Raoul Lambert. The duo won a public vote out of six candidates. Wilfried Van Moer, Johan Boskamp, Lei Clijsters and Heleen Jaques were the four other candidates.

Rensenbrink died in 2020 at the age of 72 from the effects of the muscle disease PSMA.
