Return of Bram Geers to Anderlecht

OTHER RSC Anderlecht plans to release an additional budget for the first team's medical staff, with the aim of reducing the number of injuries the team has suffered during the season. The club has appointed Bram Geers as Head of Performance.


Geers, who previously worked at Bayern Munich, has previous experience at Anderlecht, where he worked under Vincent Kompany before moving to Burnley and Bayern. The collaboration with current consultants Wim Vandeven and Jacques Borlée, who had been hired to improve the players' physical fitness, will not be renewed.

Although Geers is still under contract with Bayern Munich, an agreement appears to be in the works between the German club and Anderlecht, which would facilitate his move to Neerpede.
