Possible collaboration with La Louvière

OTHER According to Sacha Tavolieri, Anderlecht is considering a close cooperation with RAAL La Louvière, which will return to the Jupiler Pro League next season. The file of Théo Leoni, among others, is said to be on the table.


The link between Anderlecht and La Louvière was quickly established. Ex-players Nicolas Frutos and Enzo Scifo are on the board there. Silvio Proto, who comes to Anderlecht as goalkeeper coordinator, was also employed by the Walloon club.

Exactly what Anderlecht wants to cooperate with the promoted club is not yet clear, but an exchange of players is certainly among the options. Leoni's file comes up because the midfielder got less to play under Hasi and is entering his last year of his contract. Anderlecht would rather not lose Leoni completely, so La Louvière might be a solution, although it is of course questionable whether Leoni will want to play there.
