Simic high on Lazio Roma's wishlist

TRANSFERS Lazio Roma is showing significant interest in Anderlecht defender Jan-Carlo Simic, according to Italian journalist Orazio Accomando. Lazio's head coach, Mauricio Sarri, is reportedly a strong admirer of the 24-year-old player. This interest comes as Lazio prepares for the potential departure of Mario Gila, a key player who has recently been linked to top clubs such as Inter, Chelsea, and Real Madrid. Sacha Tavolieri, a transfer journalist from Belgium, adds that Simic has emerged as a leading candidate to fill the gap left by Gila's possible exit.
