Signing Niko Sigur will be difficult

TRANSFERS Three weeks ago, we reported that Anderlecht was keen on acquiring Niko Sigur from Hajduk Split. The 21-year-old Canadian midfielder has become a highly sought-after player in the transfer market. While Anderlecht is reportedly willing to offer around four million euros, Hajduk Split is demanding more than double that amount, a figure that the Belgian club is unlikely to meet. Complicating matters further, is the interest from Italian club Atalanta, making a potential transfer increasingly challenging for Anderlecht.
