Saliba: medical tests after Gold Cup

TRANSFERS Nathan-Dylan Saliba should in principle become the fourth newcomer at Anderlecht, but so far he did not sign a deal. In principle, he would fly on to Brussels immediately after the Gold Cup to undergo medical tests. A four-year contract would then be waiting for him. A sum of 2.7 million euros would be involved in the transfer.


Saliba was on the bench during the last Gold Cup match between Canada and El Salvador, in which Canada won with 2-0, partially thanks to two red cards for the opponent. This victory ensures that Canada qualifies for the next round, where it will face Guatemala on June 29 at 10 p.m. in the quarterfinals.
