OTHER The clubs Francs Borains, Lokeren and Seraing have filed a complaint with the Belgian Competition Authority. They mainly dispute the clamping down on the number of promising teams in the Challenger Pro League and the lack of relegation for Jong Genk. The Authority expects a decision by July 25, which is not expected to affect the start of the new season. The Pro League is counting on a normal start of the league.
Nevertheless, possible legal obstacles are being taken into account, for which an alternative plan is being considered. This plan includes moving games to this season's longer winter break but there is not much room for flexibility.
