No, Antman not in the picture at Anderlecht

TRANSFERS Anderlecht and Club Brugge battle for Antman' is the title begging for clicks on a Flemish football site. Before you see this message popping up on other sites, we'd like to put the record straight - it's not true.


The post with the title in question appeared at 9:05 a.m. this morning. A few hours earlier, another soccer site carried the news that Club Brugge is interested in Antman. Their title ‘Club Brugge follows RSC Anderlecht and wants tastemaker from Go Ahead Eagles'. 

That Bruges is interested in Antman is true. The latter site refers to a post on X by a journalist from Voetbal International.

The first website, which talks about Anderlecht's interest in Antman, apparently forgot for a moment that Anderlecht attracted Enric Llansana from Go Ahead Eagles. It is that example that Club Brugge may be following: transferring a Go Ahead tastemaker. And so not the interest in Antman. There is none from Anderlecht, as far as we know.
