More transfer rumors: name of Racic circulates

TRANSFERS Spanish sources and sports media on X, the former Twitter, report that Anderlecht is showing interest in Uros Racic. The midfielder, who played for Braga on a rental basis last season, has indicated he will not return to the Portuguese club. His parent club Sassuolo, which has been promoted to Serie A, has not included Racic in their plans for the upcoming season and is open to a departure. The asking price for the player is around 2.5 million euros.


Despite the financial viability, this seems to be more of a wild rumor. Anderlecht already transferred quite a few midfielders this mercato and certainly for this position. Racic prefers a position as a defensive midfielder, although he can also be posted one row higher. So a transfer is not so imminent.
