Six players have to leave Anderlecht

TRANSFERS Het Nieuwsblad and La Dernière Heure are unpacking a list of six players who have to leave Anderlecht. They are Mads Kikkenborg, Thomas Foket, Ludwig Augustinsson, Mats Rits, Majeed Ashimeru and Alexis Flips.


For Rits, some subtoppers are said to have already inquired. Foket and Augustinsson have too high salaries relative to their performances last season. Ashimeru is rarely fit. Kikkenborg does not have the ideal profile for a second goalkeeper, a position also best held by a Belgian. Flips would still want to convince coach Hasi if no club comes along that appeals to him.
