OTHER The disciplinary committee of the Belgian Football Association has decided to fine RSC Anderlecht for the behavior of their supporters during the final of the Cup of Belgium. The club must pay a sum of 10,000 euros. Club Brugge, the opponent in the final, has also been penalized and will receive a fine of 5,000 euros. These measures were taken to send a clear message about the responsibility of clubs for the behavior of their supporters.
Why Bruges' fine is lower than Anderlecht's is unclear.
