Argentinian defender in sight

TRANSFERS River Plate is said to have rejected a 3.5 million euro offer from RSC Anderlecht for Lautaro Rivero (21 years old). Coach Marcelo Gallardo has no plans to get rid of Rivero, who was recently loaned to Central Córdoba. The young defender is known for his strong defensive qualities and good game insight. He can function as a central defender and left back, adding to his value to the team.
