Stroeykens only 'plan B' for PSV

TRANSFERS Mario Stroeykens can count on interest from a number of clubs, including PSV Eindhoven, which saw a lot of players leave. But Anderlecht's striker is currently not high on the Dutch champion's priority list. Stroeykens would rather be considered a "plan B. Both West Ham and Marseille have shown interest and inquired about the player, but no further steps have been taken yet due to the high asking price for Stroeykens.


Stroeykens still has a one-year contract and refuses to re-sign. This quasi forces Anderlecht to sell, but this time they want to make a statement that young talents cannot force a transfer this way.
