No green light yet for Smolčić

TRANSFERS Croatian Hrvoje Smolčić completed his medical tests in Ghent yesterday, but Anderlecht has not yet officially announced a transfer. According to transfer specialist Sacha Tavolier, a problem was  detected during the tests.


Anderlecht has some doubts about a problem with Smolčić's knee, which is not surprising, as he has missed quite a few matches due to injuries over the past three seasons. Tavolieri reports that an agreement is still possible, but that it could be changed to a loan deal with a purchase option.
