Anderlecht wants to sign Yasin Özcan on loan

TRANSFERS Yesterday's lamentable performance will have rubbed it in once again. Anderlecht needs defensive reinforcements. According to Sacha Tavolieri, talks are already well advanced regarding the loan of young Turkish player Yasin Özcan (19) from Aston Villa.
 

Yasin Özcan only joined from Kasimpasa this summer for €7.5 million, but has little prospect of playing time in Birmingham. Talks with both Aston Villa and the player are said to be at an advanced stage and, according to Tavolieri, the deal is close to being finalized.

It is highly unlikely that there will be a purchase option with this loan, unless it is one that is far too high for Anderlecht.
