Kana: "I want to play as much as possible"

INTERVIEWS Marco Kana has made a good start to the league. He admits he probably made his first-team debut too early because his body wasn't ready yet. After that, he disappeared completely, only to reappear at the start of this season.


He now wants to play as much as possible, regardless of the position he has to play. He feels good mentally and is eager to play for RSC Anderlecht. He doesn't have the size to play as a central defender, he admits, but that's not a problem for him.

He needs to bring composure and courage with the ball at his feet, but the competition for this position will be fierce. He mainly wanted to be in shape and prepare well; he's not putting unnecessary pressure on himself anymore. A contract extension hasn't yet been discussed with the management; for now, he wants to concentrate on playing football.
