TRANSFERS Several websites reported Anderlecht's interest in Bobby Clark, a winger from RB Salzburg, yesterday. But what was the actual truth? Very unlikely. Clark has also been loaned out to Derby County.
The original report appeared in the English newspaper Chronicle Live. Clark had to leave his current club. Several English clubs were reportedly interested in the player, including Newcastle, as Clark was born in that city. In addition, other Premier League clubs were reportedly interested in him, including newly promoted Sunderland, as well as Glasgow Rangers from Scotland.
The original article also mentions that other clubs were following his progress. There were quite a few, including Anderlecht. Beyond that, there's nothing more to it. Derby County has now emerged victorious.
