Llansana: "VAR should have intervened"

INTERVIEWS Enric Llansana expressed his disappointment after the defeat against Union, despite a strong performance from his team. "I had hoped for a halftime lead with all those chances, but that wasn't the case," he said. Llansana, a new signing this summer, understands the discontent among supporters: "The results are not meeting expectations. The negative atmosphere within and around the club is understandable after two consecutive disappointments. We need to win our next match now," he said.


Llansana did return to the contentious incident with Burgess, who was also his provocative self yesterday: "I'm surprised that VAR didn't intervene on Burgess's clear handball in the penalty area," he said.
