Loss for Saliba, Angulo draws

GAMES Last night, Nathan Saliba (photo) and Nilson Angulo both played in international friendlies. Saliba started for Canada, but lost 0-1 to Australia. The midfielder played strongly until he was substituted in the 69th minute. Australia scored two minutes later.


Angulo came on at half-time for Ecuador, who were leading 0-1. The winger did not make a big impression and was unable to prevent the USA from equalizing.
