Noah Edjouma mentioned as potential reinforcement

TRANSFERS According to Le Soir, Anderlecht is interested in Noah Edjouma, a 20-year-old winger currently playing for FC Toulouse.


Edjouma is a French international prospect who prefers to play as a right winger, but can also fill in as a center forward. He started this season as a starter for his training club, FC Toulouse, in Ligue 1 and has since started once and come on as a substitute three times. He hasn't come off the bench in the last three matches. He has already made three starts for the French U21 team. Last season, he scored two goals in 163 minutes in the French first division.

His contract runs until June 2027, and Transfermarkt estimates his market value at €3 million.

Several clubs from major European leagues are interested in the young Frenchman, making it difficult for Anderlecht to sign him. Club Brugge also reviewed his application during the recent summer transfer window.

Since Anders Dreyer's departure, Anderlecht has been searching for an undisputed starter on the right wing. Hasi has tried Huerta, Degreef, and Camara in that position, but all seem to perform better in other positions.
