YOUTH Anderlecht's youth teams continued their strong form last Saturday with impressive victories against STVV. After earlier victories over Westerlo and OHL, Sint-Truiden's youngest players were defeated 9-0 in both the U14 and U13 categories.
Anderlecht's U18s recorded their fourth consecutive victory with a 3-0 victory, while the U16s suffered a disappointing draw against the bottom-of-the-table team.
The U18s, under the guidance of their new coaches, are making rapid progress. Biladi opened the scoring, followed by Lougmani and Ede Eriyo to make it 3-0.
The U16s, on the other hand, dropped points against STVV, who had yet to collect a single point. Despite a strong performance from Noé Kage, who scored twice, the match ended 2-2.
The U15s maintained their unbeaten run with a narrow 4-3 victory, with defender Maycon Coosemans and midfielder Mombongo scoring the goals.
The U14s bounced back from two previous defeats to win 4-1, with Mujangi celebrating his comeback with a hat trick.
The U13s made the most of every opportunity, winning 9-0, with Diallo Thierno scoring four goals. This victory keeps them at the top of the league.
