INTERVIEWS During the match against Seraing, Enzo Sternal made his return to the soccer field after a long-term injury. He was sidelined for eight months and now needs to build up his playing time. Sternal was injured in a fairly trivial way during training and had a difficult rehabilitation. “It was hard to realize that I would be out for so long. I would also like to thank the medical staff at Anderlecht for the guidance I received.”

“I was able to count on Thorgan Hazard and Yari Verschaeren, who have had the same type of injury and gave me advice,” he said.

Sternal extended his contract during his recovery period, which made it clear to him how much RSCA counts on him. That confidence gave him a lot of motivation during his rehabilitation. “Now I first have to work my way up in the RSCA Futures team to later earn a place in the first team. I always have a drive to move forward and I am sure that this experience will make me stronger,” he added.
