INTERVIEWS After the home defeat against Charleroi, Lucas Hey resolutely took responsibility for the opening goal. The Anderlecht defender was honest and upset by the result.
“I made a mistake on the first goal,” Hey admitted. “That's unfortunate and difficult to accept.” The Danish defender was at a loss to explain the Purple & White's difficult start. “I don't know why we started the game so badly. I have no explanation for it.”
According to Hey, a match at Lotto Park should always end in victory. “You always have to win at home. That's the norm at Anderlecht,” he said clearly.
Hey also took responsibility: “I should have been better, contributed more. This defeat makes me genuinely sad.”
